actually, it begins in May... we are just letting the world know early! we are still enjoying the lovely lovely textiles! psst ulla, i ADORE sleeping!~
both lisa congdon and ashley g are artists that i've been keeping my eye on for a while now. i can't wait to see their beautiful work in person! i'll be sure to be there.
I always love Lisa and Ashley's work but I've never seen Penelope Dullaghan, the one you've shown is GORGEOUS! I love the image and I love love love the colours she chose to use for it. And thanks for the Emma Cassi link, you know how I love white on white, that image is divine.
Glad to hear you are snow free and spring has come from angela, even if the flowers aren't showing outside yet.
PS- I've been meaning to say your idea for some kind of England/New England show was a great one- it just came at a time when I was trying to decide what I was going to be doing with the gallery, so I didn't ever get back to you. I'm taking a break for the next 6 months and leaving it in the hands of others, but I'm sure i'll dive back into things in the future. Or how about me doing some 'virtual' curating for a show at your space, using UK artists? I should be emailing this really, but I thought i'd take the chance now while i'm reading this to comment!
