artstream tour

Some of you have asked more about the gallery, so I thought I would devote today to less words, more photos and click throughs. Yes, that means the evil scrolling and back buttons, but I hope you enjoy the tour of our little corner of the world. Click on any photo for a larger view. These photos shows our gallery, design studio, classroom and some of the community projects which we have engaged in.

The word for the day is ... trust ... as in your fellow human, no fear, and respect.

it's truely beautiful susan. you just have to not only see the art to sense what you've created, but literally watch the people in the photographs... and that speaks masses for what you've created. either at the vernissages or in the classes.

this itself, your gallery, what you give to art in means of creating, teaching, exhibiting... in itself is a piece of art.

have i told you lately, how much i truely adore you?

Oh Susan, what a space! I would love to come teach there sometime if we could work somthing out. The photos make it look so much bigger than I was first lead to believe. What fun it must be to work in such a beautiful space. the light is wonderful.

Oh Ulla! WE would love that! The space is 2200 square feet with 12 foot high ceilings encased in tin. It is 102 years old and yes, the north light is wonderful to work in. We also have the same space downstairs with a darkroom and kiln room, walking out to the river and falls behind!

Thanks for the tantalising glimpse, Susan. Lovely space and what a charming neighbourhood! P.S. The best things in life require hard work.
