Tonight marks my 15th year of holding twice yearly art exhibitions for my students - (both young and old!) at our fabulous library downtown. Here are two of the giant (but not the largest made) masks which they made this year. I think the two of them look like they are whistlin' Dixie.
Lots of last minute prep work for this event, so I will leave you with this thought ... If YOU made a mask, who would YOU be? Feel free to leave comments below and enjoy this perfect spring day!

Congrats and happy 15th year anniversary for your art exhibits! Those are great masks. For some reason I think I'd choose to be SpongeBob Squarepants right now. He seems pretty likable and my square butt would fit the bill. The mask could do the rest. LOL. Hope you are well, Susan! :)
Happy 15th Anniversary, Susan. I bet the kids LOVE your classes. These masks are terrific! I'd love to photograph them. Talented students, you have.
How sweet! Creative kids indeed :)
I think it is great what you are doing. I love the masks! I wish you were down in GA. My kids love all kinds of art. My oldest recently opened an etsy shop of his new found love of photography

I just love when kids are passionate about the arts! Great job supporting that!
