Today we had playtime at the studio...
Megan Bogonovich came by to teach a "whimsical vessels" workshop.
It was rad. It rocked and we can't wait 'til the next one - April 5th.
Mark your calendars. note** More photos as the work is finished! The slump mold butter dishes, footed vessels, one amazing lidded easter egg, bowls and tiles are in their first stages... so much fun

oh ulla! it was getting dark - so i just have a few of in process works.
i will post more later too as we get new shots with more completed work.
it has been snowing and raining here so the clay took a little too long to dry today. we are going to meet up again soon to finish the work.
but i added a few more.

It looks like they had interesting tools to stamp into the clay. Can't wait to see the finished projects.
I am in awe of this art. I am a collector of artist pottery... but have never done it myself. I love this.
Ohhhh, wow! I wish I could have been there, too. Looks like everyone had fun. And look at the artwork! Look at the flowers in the bottom photo!!
this my dear, looks like it was girls and fun and getting messy while letting it all out in making beauty.
would love to have been there and see the magic you give and share... sometimes i believe, without you even knowing that that, is exactly what you do!
