Woke up it was a gocco morning and the first thing that I saw ... was the sun through the studio window and the brown ink. What did you do first thing this morning?
First thing I did? After the obligatory dog-walk, I ran to get my camera, footstool, paintbrush and food coloring. The sun was shining through this "glove" of icicles of which I had been keeping my eye on all week and I knew I had to move fast---before the glove was lost forever.
